In this role, you will create accurate and competitive estimates for civil construction projects, addressing both public and private sector opportunities. Your ability to analyze site conditions, drawings, and specifications will ensure your estimates lead to successful tenders. Collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment dedicated to excellence in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil infrastructure

• Review project specifications and site conditions

• Use MS Excel and Heavy Bid for proposal generation

• Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers on tenders

• Participate in pre-construction planning and bid reviews

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant estimating experience

• Familiarity with civil construction practices

• Strong attention to detail and social skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
