As a Pre Construction Coordinator, you will support our Chief Project Officer in the early stages of each project, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to execution. This includes estimating, scheduling, proposal creation, and coordination with subcontractors and field teams.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in client meetings and assist with proposals and bids
- Coordinate estimates, gather subcontractor quotes, and build takeoffs
- Prepare project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
- Ensure accurate handoff of information to field teams
Track permits, drawings, and pre-approval documents - Assist in value engineering and constructability reviews
- Maintain organized project records via Buildertrend and Google Workspace
- Foster relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- 2–4 years of experience in construction estimating or coordination
- Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with BC permits and pre-construction documentation
- Background in client-facing or sales roles
- Knowledge of bidding systems like BC Bid or Bid Central
- PMP or CEC certification
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience
