Building Operations Assistant Project Manager

Join the Building Operations team, where you'll play a significant role in managing project coordination, supporting construction schedules, and handling documentation such as RFIs and shop drawings. Your focus on safety and compliance will ensure that project standards are consistently met while maintaining strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the project team with coordination tasks
• Review and maintain construction project schedules
• Process and follow up shop drawings and RFIs
• Evaluate project quotes for optimal pricing
• Implement and monitor safety protocols on-site
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in ICI construction
• A degree or diploma in Engineering or relevant field
• Knowledge of construction project methodologies and legislation
• Track record of effective project leadership
• Eligibility for Government of Canada Secret clearance
