As a CAD Tech Surveyor with Hazelwood Construction, you will play a vital role in our innovative projects. This position requires expertise in CAD software and survey technology to provide accurate data collection and analysis. Collaborate closely with field teams to uphold quality across all stages of construction, stepping into fieldwork as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect precise site data using GPS-grade systems
• Conduct CAD drawings, volume calculations, and prepare linework
• Monitor and ensure site grades and quality standards
• Engage directly in fieldwork during less busy periods
• Support operational continuity and project flow
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or similar
• Strong CAD software skills and survey technology proficiency
• Experience with drones and fieldwork is beneficial
• Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills required
• Must have legal working rights in Canada
