As our Superintendent , you’ll be the driving force on site — overseeing every stage of construction, from the first shovel in the ground to project completion. You’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and keep operations running efficiently, safely, and on budget. The ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely, managing multiple projects at once, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Compensation
$90,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Variable Compensation up to 20% of your annualized base wage based on project schedule adherence and profitability targets being met.
What You’ll Do
Oversee all site operations to ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes & safety regulations
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing construction projects start to finish
Monitor schedules and budgets, adjusting plans as needed
Lead onsite project meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, architects & subcontractors
Organize daily staffing and ensure all materials and equipment are on hand
Maintain daily logs, timesheets, take-offs, and handle documentation
Enforce safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and ensure PPE availability
Hire, supervise, and coordinate trades and site staff
Ensure accurate close-out and reporting at project completion
Tackle any challenges that arise, head-on
What You’ll Bring
5+ years in commercial construction & site supervision
Solid knowledge of compliance regulations (local, provincial, federal)
Proven success in managing scope, cost & schedule
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Skilled at building positive relationships with teams & stakeholders
Reliable, detail-oriented, and resource-savvy
First aid training/certification (asset)
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to put in extra hours when needed
