Position: Project Coordinator for QA/QC

As a Project Coordinator QA/QC at Kinetic, you will manage administrative tasks, track project progress, and liaise with clients and subtrades directly. Your expertise in quality assurance and deficiency management will be key as you work with trades to address project-specific requirements and facilitate project closeout. Collaborating closely with the Project Management and Estimating Teams ensures comprehensive support to our construction efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project-related documentation and communications

• Monitor quality assurance processes and project progress

• Manage correspondence with subtrades and clients

• Assist in deficiency management and project closeout tasks

• Support PMs and Superintendents in field operations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Construction experience required

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field

• Quality assurance and construction sequence knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
