In this role, you will provide vital administrative and clerical support while facilitating communication between project teams and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring project progress, addressing quality assurance issues, and assisting with project closeout processes.
Experience with RFIs, submittals, and change pricing management will enhance your effectiveness in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track project progress and communications
• Support quality assurance processes and reporting
• Liaise with subtrades and manage correspondence
• Assist in maintaining project timelines and documentation
• Aid in project closeout and deficiency management efforts
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Construction projects
• Engineering or Construction Management qualification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with construction documents and standards
• Competency in Microsoft Office and project management software
