Saywell Contracting is looking for an experienced Foreman to oversee commercial construction projects. In this full-time role, you'll ensure site activities are safe, efficient, and on schedule.
The Foreman will supervise site crews, coordinate daily construction tasks, and monitor compliance with project specifications. Extensive experience in commercial and industrial construction, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site crews
• Ensure project work aligns with safety and quality standards
• Support project planning and workforce management
• Monitor productivity and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Background managing projects valued between $5 million to $25 million
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
