As the Civil/Pave Estimator, you will be pivotal in the estimating process, accountable for preparing and submitting bids for various sectors. Collaborate closely with superintendents, engineers, and clients while ensuring a seamless transition from bidding to project execution.

Your role will require keen analytical abilities to track costs and manage vendor quotes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma

• 2-5 years of estimating experience required

• Understanding of estimating software like Heavy Bid

• Proficient in construction methods and site assessments

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
