In this crucial role, you will prepare detailed estimates for civil and paving works while fostering strong relationships with team members and clients. The position involves analyzing bid documents, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing vendor comparisons, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit competitive project estimates

• Track project costs and manage subcontractor relationships

• Conduct site evaluations to assess cost implications

• Ensure compliance in contract administration and invoicing

• Collaborate with project teams for efficient project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years in estimating roles

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant field

• Proficient with estimating tools such as Bluebeam

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure construction

• Excellent skills in problem-solving and analysis
