As Houle's Service Division thrives, we seek a dynamic Project Manager/Estimator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and a collaborative spirit to manage estimating, tendering, financial oversight, and scheduling across various electrical service projects.
Your role will directly influence delivering successful outcomes and establishing strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities
• Estimate projects and submit competitive tenders
• Review contracts to mitigate risks
• Manage financials, scheduling, and labor for projects
• Collaborate to keep projects on track and on budget
Requirements:
• Electrical trade certificate or related degree required
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of estimating programs like Accubid preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
