Construction Estimator ​/ Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team.

Your role involves analyzing blueprints, creating accurate cost estimates, and developing budgets for various projects. A minimum of five years’ experience in estimating and three years in project management is essential to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications for accurate scope

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs

• Manage relationships with subcontractors for competitive pricing

• Develop and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle

• Identify cost factors and assess their project impact

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in estimating, preferably construction

• At least 3+ years in construction management coordination

• Experience with multifamily and concrete high-rise towers

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Bluebeam Takeoff

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
