The Opportunity
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong agency experience who combines exceptional visual design skills with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and confidence leading projects from concept through execution.

At Array, Graphic Designers are expected to contribute beyond production. This role requires someone who can elevate creative quality, bring thoughtful ideas to the table, collaborate closely with account managers and developers, and help guide projects with a high level of ownership and professionalism.

You'll work across a wide variety of industries and mediums including branding, campaigns, websites, presentations, signage, social content, publications, digital ads, and marketing collateral.

What You'll Be Doing
Creative & Brand Development

Lead the conceptual development and execution of high-quality creative work across print and digital platforms

Translate strategic direction into thoughtful, visually compelling design solutions

Develop and refine brand identity systems, campaign concepts, and visual communication materials

Ensure consistency, polish, and attention to detail across all deliverables

Present ideas and rationale clearly to both internal teams and clients

Design modern, conversion-focused website experiences in collaboration with developers and strategists

Create responsive layouts, wireframes, and UI concepts in Figma

Support UX thinking through clear hierarchy, accessibility awareness, and intuitive design decisions

Collaborate closely with account managers, developers, marketers, and fellow creatives

Help mentor and support intermediate and junior designers through feedback and collaboration

Contribute positively to creative discussions, reviews, and internal processes

Take ownership of timelines, communication, and project organization

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional design experience within an agency environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development & systems, web layout, ad campaigns and digital work

High proficiency in:
Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma & Adobe After Effects

Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, and production setup

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating directly with teams and clients

A high level of accountability, organization, and creative problem solving

Bonus Points

Experience designing for Custom Word Press websites

Motion graphics or animation experience

Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles (WCAG 2.2, Level AA)

Experience working with municipal, nonprofit, or development-sector clients
