Become a Senior Customer Assistance Representative with Enterprise in Nanaimo, BC. Deliver excellent customer service while managing rentals in a full-time capacity, with training and growth opportunities available.
This role requires you to interact with customers, handling inquiries for reservations and providing assistance both in-person and via phone. Your daily tasks will encompass processing returns and ensuring vehicle readiness, alongside various administrative functions that support branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take and manage incoming customer calls
• Greet and assist customers with rentals
• Process vehicle returns and check-ins efficiently
• Market additional services and upgrade options
• Conduct administrative and billing support tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales sectors
• High school diploma, some college is a plus
• Must hold a valid British Columbia Full Class 5 driver's license
• No recent convictions related to driving
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
