Drive customer satisfaction at Enterprise Mobility as a Senior Customer Assistance Representative in Nanaimo, BC. This full-time role emphasizes providing exceptional service and support to our rental clients.
As part of the team, you will meet customers at the branch, assist with their rental inquiries, and address their needs with professionalism.
Your role will involve both face-to-face interaction and phone administration, ensuring a seamless rental experience. Become a vital part of the trusted Enterprise brand and enhance your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with reservations and rental rates
• Take incoming calls and respond to inquiries
• Provide directions and support throughout the rental process
• Process vehicle returns and check-in procedures
• Market additional services to enhance client experience
Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher required
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service is essential
• Full Class 5 driver’s license from British Columbia required
• Clean driving record necessary for the past 5 years
• Authorization to work in Canada must be current
Provide excellent customer service and support for our clients while working with Enterprise Mobility in Nanaimo.
