You will assist customers in identifying their equipment needs and play a proactive role in negotiating and finalizing rental orders. A thorough understanding of construction tools and solid administrative capabilities are essential for delivering a smooth customer experience at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients with rental equipment questions
• Understand and assess customer equipment needs
• Negotiate rental agreements and place orders
• Manage administrative tasks for efficient service
• Safely operate vehicles for equipment delivery
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent necessary
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Relevant experience in equipment rentals preferred
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Capable of handling equipment transportation
Drive operational excellence within customer relations at Sunbelt Rentals to enhance rental experiences for all clients.
