Embrace a full-time role as a Member Service Representative at Coastal Community Credit Union. Provide exemplary service while processing member transactions and enhancing financial relationships.
In this on-site, temporary role, you will engage directly with members as you process financial and non-financial transactions. Your sales expertise will help introduce new products and services while addressing member inquiries effectively. This position offers scheduled hours and may include a premium for evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process various transactions for members accurately
• Provide sales and service information on products
• Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
• Manage access to safety deposit boxes
• Complete end-of-day processing and balancing tasks
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma with emphasis in academics
• 1 year post-secondary education is required
• Up to 1 year of sales and service experience
• Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm or more
• Excellent communication and listening skills
