This permanent role involves direct supervision where you will perform various financial and non-financial transactions. Essential skills include effective communication, multitasking, and proficiency in Windows applications. Your ability to provide knowledgeable insights on products will foster member relationships and strengthen the community’s financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process a variety of member transactions accurately
• Inform members about new or changed products/services
• Address inquiries over the phone professionally
• Provide access for members into safety deposit boxes
• Complete end-of-day processing and balancing in time
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma with academic focus
• 1 year of post-secondary education
• Up to 1 year in a sales or service role
• 40 wpm keyboarding skills required
• Excellent communication and effective listening abilities
