Position: Oak Bay Marine Group Supervisor Role
Lead exceptional guest experiences at Oak Bay Marine Group as a Guest Services Supervisor in Ladysmith. Support our commitment to safety and service excellence in a collaborative team environment.

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will assist the Marina Manager in operational duties prioritizing customer satisfaction and facility quality. Ideal candidates will blend strong interpersonal skills with a love for outdoor tourism. You’ll guide a dedicated team and ensure our marina meets high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with our Core Values

• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Work closely with team members to foster a positive atmosphere

• Welcome and assist moorage customers upon arrival

• Drive revenue by managing moorage efficiently

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in related fields

• Pleasure Craft Operator’s Certificate (PCOC) needed

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience supervising a diverse team

• Knowledge of marine operations is beneficial
