This full-time, on-site position empowers you to build and maintain strong relationships while assisting members with their financial transactions.
Your role will focus on enhancing member service through effective communication and meticulous transaction processing, adhering to the established guidelines. Evening shifts may offer additional pay incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transactions accurately to meet member expectations
• Provide detailed information about new and existing products
• Address member phone inquiries with clarity and professionalism
• Oversee access processes for safety deposit boxes
• Execute timely end-of-day processing and balancing
Requirements:
• High school diploma required, with academic focus
• Completed 1 year of post-secondary education
• Up to 1 year of experience in a service or sales role
• Minimum 40 wpm keyboarding proficiency
• Effective communication and listening skills
