This fixed-term position supports various customer needs, such as quoting rates and resolving service disruptions. You will communicate policies and procedures while maintaining Devon Transport Ltd.'s high service standards. Ideal candidates should be customer-focused and ready for a dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately
• Quote service rates effectively for reservations
• Communicate with location staff via email
• Solve customer complaints following departmental procedures
• Complete administrative tasks as directed
Requirements:
• Customer service orientation is essential
• Flexible shifts to meet business needs
• Punctual and accountable for scheduled shifts
• Willingness to adapt and learn new skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
