In this part-time position, you will contribute to flight check-ins, manage reservations for various flights and tours, and uphold a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests with inquiries
• Make reservations for flights and tours
• Manage passenger check-ins and baggage handling
• Perform flight closure duties and announcements
• Communicate efficiently with team members
Requirements:
• Superior customer service skills required
• Experience in team environments preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems
• Must lift baggage up to 23kg (50 lbs)
