Become a vital point of contact for members as a Member Service Representative at Coastal Community Credit Union. This temporary role emphasizes processing transactions, delivering service, and enhancing member relationships.
As a Member Service Representative, you will directly interact with our members and help foster stronger relationships within the community. Your responsibilities will include processing financial transactions, addressing member inquiries, and providing information on products and services. This role is essential to the mission of improving financial health and enriching lives through exceptional member service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process diverse transactions accurately for members
• Provide sales and service expertise on products
• Handle telephone inquiries and member requests
• Facilitate access to safety deposit boxes
• Complete end-of-day processing and balancing
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis
• 1 year of post-secondary education preferred
• Up to 1 year in a sales/service role
• Keyboarding skills of at least 40 wpm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
