Position: Temporary Member Service Representative Role
Support members effectively in a temporary role as a Member Service Representative at Coastal Community Credit Union. Engage with clients through various transactions and enhance their financial experiences.

This position aims to streamline member engagement by processing transactions and informing them of relevant services at Coastal Community Credit Union. You'll serve as a primary contact for inquiries, efficiently manage multiple tasks, and balance end-of-day activities. Your expertise will drive improved financial outcomes for our valued members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process various financial and non-financial transactions

• Share details of new and existing products with members

• Respond to inquiries via phone and in person

• Assist members with safety deposit box access

• Execute end-of-day balances following procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma with a focus on academics

• One year of post-secondary education preferred

• Up to one year in sales or service

• 40 wpm keyboarding proficiency required

• Strong communication and listening skills
