Become a part of Gentek's team as an Inside Sales Support Representative focused on customer care and efficient warehouse operations. Deliver exceptional service and knowledge to help our customers succeed.
This position at Gentek, a leader in home improvement products, requires excellent customer service skills and multitasking abilities. You will support sales through accurate order processing, assist in shipping and receiving, and front-line customer interaction. Help maintain our reputation for quality service in a friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in the warehouse
• Pick and prepare orders for delivery
• Process customer orders in the system
• Answer inquiries regarding products and services
• Maintain accurate documentation of orders
Requirements:
• Completed High School certificate
• Experience in the building industry preferred
• Computer proficiency in office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
