Position: Coastal Community Credit Union Member Service
Join Coastal Community Credit Union as a Member Service Representative on Vancouver Island, supporting our mission to improve financial health for all members. Provide exceptional service through financial transactions and product guidance.

This temporary role involves engaging with members as their primary contact, requiring strong communication and sales skills. Qualifications include a secondary school diploma, a year of post-secondary education, and experience in sales and service roles. You will handle transactions, educate members on products, and maintain excellent service standards throughout your interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process a range of member transactions

• Articulate details of new and existing products

• Respond to members' telephone inquiries promptly

• Facilitate access to safety deposit boxes

• Ensure timely end-of-day balancing processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma with academic emphasis

• One year of post-secondary education needed

• Sales and service experience up to one year

• Keyboarding proficiency of 40 wpm minimum

• Effective listening and interviewing abilities
