Temporary Member Service Representative Role

This is a full-time position designed for 12 months, requiring effective customer service and transaction processing. You will answer member inquiries and guide them through various services. Flexibility in work hours is crucial, as shifts can range throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process diverse transactions accurately for members

• Inform members about product changes and services

• Handle phone inquiries from members professionally

• Manage access to safety deposit boxes

• Complete end-of-day processing efficiently

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma required

• 1 year of post-secondary education is ideal

• Up to 1 year experience in sales/service preferred

• Keyboarding skills of 40 wpm with Windows expertise

• Strong communication and effective listening skills
