Mini Mall Storage Properties is expanding across North America and seeks a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) for a temporary part-time role in Nanaimo, Canada. You will manage leads, assist customers, handle unit inventory, and ensure brand standards across our self-storage facilities.
You will build relationships, process rentals, apply discounts, and support daily reconciliations while delivering outstanding service in line with our values of integrity and customer focus.
