On-Site Member Service in BC

Join Coastal Community Credit Union as a Member Service Representative and assist in enriching the lives of our members. Engage directly with clients and process their financial transactions.

This full-time position is a great opportunity at Coastal Community Credit Union for about 14 months, located on beautiful Vancouver Island. As a Member Service Representative, you will be on the frontline, helping members understand and access our financial services while ensuring their needs are met. Engage in dynamic interactions during your scheduled shifts that may include days and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process financial transactions for members

• Provide information on products and services

• Manage telephone inquiries and member requests

• Facilitate access to safety deposit boxes

• Conduct end-of-day reconciliations and processing

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma required

• 1 year post-secondary education preferred

• Experience in sales/service settings helpful

• Strong keyboarding and Windows skills

• Clear communication and active listening skills
