As part of our financial services team, you will directly engage with members to improve their financial health. Your experience in sales and service will enable you to respond effectively to their needs while promoting products and services. Building relationships will be key to fostering community trust and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately conduct a range of transactions for members
• Inform members about product offerings and changes
• Handle member inquiries via telephone
• Manage access to safety deposit boxes
• Complete end-of-day processing as required
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma with academic strengths
• One year of relevant post-secondary educational experience
• Up to one year in a service or sales role
• Proficiency in Windows applications and keyboarding
• Strong communication and active listening skills
