Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and ensure positive initial interactions
• Optimize the daily schedule for full appointment utilization
• Manage recall systems and maintain up-to-date patient records
• Handle appointment-related calls and patient correspondence
• Process patient billing and insurance claims promptly
Requirements:
• One year of dental administration experience minimum
• Strong knowledge of dental software programs required
• Clinical background is a plus
• Authorization to work in Canada is required
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
