As the Project Lead, your focus will be on managing projects that investigate the intersection of systemic racism and First Nations health. You'll collaborate with regional leadership and engage with key stakeholders to identify and address the unique challenges faced by these communities. Your leadership and strategic planning will play a critical role in shaping health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee projects aimed at understanding health inequities
• Develop and implement engagement plans with First Nations
• Assess regional health needs through systematic reviews
• Collaborate with regional tables and stakeholders
• Facilitate project management and reporting tasks
Requirements:
• University degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of project leadership experience
• Knowledge of First Nations health landscapes
• Understanding of racism's effects on health systems
• Experience with cultural communication protocols
Drive essential changes in First Nations health systems as the project lead focused on racism.
