• Established and growing patient base with 20-40 new patients monthly
• Newly opened facility in a desirable central Nanaimo location
• Supportive and experienced full‑time administrative and clinical team
• Dedicated full‑time hygienist with room for additional hygiene growth

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop and present personalized treatment plans
• Provide restorative, preventive, and emergency dental treatment
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an outstanding patient experience
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism

• Licensed and in good standing with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
• Eligible for CDAnet participation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and clinical excellence
• New graduates are welcome to apply; interest in mentorship and professional development is considered an asset
