Vancouver Island University is looking for a Writing Centre Tutor to assist individuals across various disciplines. Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in a wide range of writing tasks

• Facilitate one-on-one tutorials primarily in person

• Maintain and update educational resources for the Writing Centre

• Collaborate with library staff for workshop opportunities

Requirements:

• Must have a regular faculty appointment at VIU

• Master’s Degree in a relevant educational field

• Experience teaching within higher education

• Focus on inclusive student learning

• Open to tutoring across various disciplines
