Multidisciplinary School Psychologist Position

As a School Psychologist, you will provide a range of preventative and intervention services designed to meet diverse needs within the Multi-tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Your duties will include comprehensive assessments and collaboration with the School-Based Team, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. This role is temporary, starting September 2026 through June 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the development of emotional and social skills
• Conduct evaluations and assessments for tailored support
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for effective strategies
• Provide intervention services across MTSS tiers
• Supervise training related to school-based psychology
Requirements:
• Registered with the BC College of Psychologists by August 2026
• Master's Degree in Psychology or equivalent training
• Experience in school environments and report writing skills
• Qualified to conduct Level C assessments
• Preferred certification from the BC Teacher Regulation Branch
