As a School Psychologist, you will contribute significantly to student development and emotional well-being. This position requires conducting assessments, collaborating with families and educators, and implementing strategies aligned with the district's MTSS framework. Your goal will be to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and support students' emotional and educational needs
• Work with School-Based Team to create tailored interventions
• Facilitate resources and support channels across MTSS tiers
• Promote mental health awareness within school environments
• Train on recommendations and strategies for educators
Requirements:
• Registration with BC College of Psychologists by August 1, 2026
• BC Teacher Regulation Branch certification is a plus
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field
• Experience in clinical supervision and report writing
• Ability to administer and interpret assessments
