Discovery Community College is looking for a qualified HCA Instructor to provide in-person lab and clinical instruction. Key Responsibilities:
• Teach using high-quality, compliant clinical instruction
• Implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet educational standards
• Offer hands-on training and oversee practical learning
• Evaluate student progress and provide valuable feedback
• Ensure a positive and collaborative learning atmosphere
Requirements:
• At least 28,000 hours of nursing experience required
• Registered with BCCNM as LPN, RN, or RDPN
• Prior teaching experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with Office 365 and SIS preferred
• Strong mentorship and communication abilities
