In this pivotal role, you will identify and analyze training needs through various assessments, collaborate with management, and design impactful training plans. With a focus on employee performance and engagement, you will deliver both traditional and modern learning experiences, including workshops and e-learning. Additionally, you will evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify training needs via job analysis and performance reviews
• Design impactful training initiatives for diverse learning formats
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and technical training sessions
• Assess training effectiveness and improve programs based on feedback
• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS)
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in a training leadership role
• Aviation or aerospace experience required
• Proven ability in designing effective training programs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in French and English both written and spoken
Drive meaningful training and development initiatives as part of a dynamic aviation team in Montreal.
