Join Bethel Church as a Lead Pastor, providing dynamic spiritual leadership and fostering meaningful worship experiences. This role emphasizes effective pastoral care and discipleship strategies for community growth.

As the Lead Pastor, you will lead with the Board to ensure the church maintains a strong spiritual health and relational unity. Key functions include overseeing church operations, ministry program planning, and providing accountability in ministerial ethics. Your passion for teaching Scripture will drive the church's discipleship approach, empowering members to grow in faith.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer pastoral guidance to the congregation and staff

• Ensure the church follows its mission of biblical teaching

• Act as chief executive officer to manage daily operations

• Plan and implement diverse ministry programs

• Lead in fostering intentional discipleship growth

Requirements:

• Eligibility for credentials with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada

• Formal theological education background

• Commitment to pastoral care and leadership development

• Experience in supporting existing ministries

• Alignment with biblical qualifications for pastoral leadership
