Munu Learning Centre is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Educator specializing in special needs to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in inclusivity, care-planning, and relationship-building with families, ensuring a rich learning experience. You will collaborate closely with the Munu Educator Team to support children's diverse developmental needs and integrate Indigenous philosophies within the educational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model inclusive practices as part of the educator team

• Plan with families to align support strategies

• Lead care planning and case management meetings

• Create child-led, inquiry-based programming

• Collaborate to foster relationships with children and families

Requirements:

• ECE SN Certificate recognized by the BC ECE Registry

• Valid First Aid certification

• Passion for equitable care and collaboration

• Familiarity with Aboriginal Head Start principles

• Strong skills in communication and relationship-building
