Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools is looking for a dedicated Strong Start Facilitator. This role emphasizes a positive early learning atmosphere, where children and caregivers thrive together through organized play-based experiences. You will engage with diverse families, develop an effective curriculum, and liaise with educational professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model skills and guidance to parents and children

• Create and maintain engaging learning environments

• Organize resources for effective play interaction

• Document children's developmental progress

• Liaise with community health and educational professionals

Requirements:

• High school graduation or equivalent

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Valid Child Safe First Aid Certificate

• Experience in early learning program management

• Strong communication skills with parents and professionals
