Registered Early Childhood Educator

Position: Registered Early Childhood Educator Needed
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Early Childhood Educator focusing on children's holistic development in a child care centre. This full-time, permanent role emphasizes program implementation and child engagement.

Ideal candidates will have an Early Childhood Education Certificate and experience working with young children. This on-site role is responsible for assessing development, implementing educational programs, and leading activities that support various aspects of children’s growth. You will also collaborate with co-workers and service providers to enhance the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement individualized learning plans for children

• Lead activities like storytelling and local explorations

• Guide children in developing daily habits

• Observe children for learning or behavioral signs

• Establish partnerships with parents and staff during meetings

Requirements:

• ECE Certificate and First Aid Certificate

• 1-2 years working in early childhood education

• Successful criminal record check

• Residency in Canada required

• Commitment to children's health and safety
