Discovery Community College is looking for a dedicated instructor to guide its Educational Assistant program. Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct student learning using provided curriculum and materials

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with course outcomes

• Guide students in developing community support skills

• Monitor and assess student progress thoughtfully

• Maintain accurate records of attendance and evaluations

Requirements:

• Community Support Work certification preferred

• Minimum 24 months relevant experience

• 10 years related experience acceptable

• Prior teaching or mentoring background

• Strong skills in MS Teams and Excel
