BC Ferries is seeking a Master to join the Simulator Training Centre as Shore Captain – Bridge Simulation Training in Nanaimo. The role focuses on delivering high-quality bridge simulation training, coaching Masters and deck officers, and shaping curriculum to support safe navigation across the fleet.
You’ll work directly with senior officers and drive practical learning, coaching, and assessment practices.
