This role offers the flexibility to inspire students while fulfilling educational objectives in a supportive environment.
In the TTOC role, educators will deliver tailored lessons that focus on academic achievement and social development. Candidates will assess student progress, implement personalized education programs, and engage in collaborative strategies to support each child's learning journey. NLPS is dedicated to maintaining a community that fosters justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans aligned with educational objectives
• Teach students through interactive learning experiences
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
• Collaborate to meet individual learning needs
• Support remedial programs for struggling students
Requirements:
• Certification through BC Teacher Regulation Branch
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education required
• Experience in classroom teaching or student teaching
• Strong proficiency in collaboration with staff and students
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
