About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice-President Enrolment and Student Experience to provide strategic leadership in the areas of enrolment management, student services, and the overall student journey from initial interest to graduation. The successful candidate will be a key institutional leader, responsible for the development and implementation of a strengthened strategic enrolment management framework. This role is pivotal in the company's focus on renewal, sustainability, and student success, particularly in the context of enrolment recovery and future growth.

The Vice-President will work closely with various stakeholders, including the President, Provost, Deans, faculty, and community partners, to enhance the student experience, improve student outcomes, and ensure the institution is well-positioned for the future.

Candidates for the Vice-President Enrolment and Student Experience position at the company should have a strong background in senior leadership within the post-secondary education sector, with a focus on enrolment management, student affairs, or related areas. The role requires a leader who is strategic, practical, and student-centered, with a proven track record in areas such as recruitment strategy, retention initiatives, and student success planning.

Experience in a teaching-focused, regional, or access-oriented post-secondary environment is an asset. The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, particularly in the context of Indigenous student success and reconciliation. A graduate degree is normally expected, and a doctoral degree would be considered an asset. The role demands a leader who can build trust, communicate effectively, and lead change with confidence and respect, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
