WSP is seeking an Early Professional eager to support diverse geotechnical projects across Vancouver Island and British Columbia. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience in field tests and geotechnical assessments. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop skills in terrain assessment, construction support, and complex ground conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver geotechnical services for infrastructure projects

• Conduct in-situ density and materials testing

• Perform construction site inspections and reconnaissance

• Assist in subsurface investigation and sampling

• Leverage software for technical analyses and reports
Requirements:

• Degree in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering

• Eligible for Engineer-in-Training (EIT) registration

• Passion for fieldwork in dynamic environments

• Familiarity with construction sites and field programs

• Proficiency in MS Office and valid driver's license
