Become a pivotal part of our engineering team as a Senior Telecommunications OSP Designer. Focus on complex fibre and civil design work while adapting to high-volume demands in a supportive, flexible environment.
This role requires hands-on experience in OSP design, where you will independently manage projects and collaborate closely with various teams. Your strong technical skills will be essential in producing high-quality designs and mentoring junior design team members, ensuring a consistent approach to complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop complex OSP designs for telecom infrastructure
• Create detailed CAD drawings and project documentation
• Oversee project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders
• Maintain adherence to design quality and industry standards
• Provide support for junior designers in their growth
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of telecommunications design experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Spatial Net
• Familiarity with various OSP methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and QA capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in a changing environment
Lead telecom design initiatives with your expertise while helping others to grow in the field.
