As a VDC Coordinator, you will work with a passionate team dedicated to embracing change in the construction sector. You will be responsible for creating detailed BIM Execution Plans and leading coordination meetings with various stakeholders. Your expertise will help in visualization, logistics planning, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards throughout project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage BIM Execution Plans for projects

• Conduct model-based design reviews to identify issues

• Facilitate meetings and document agendas and minutes

• Generate and manage project drawings from BIM models

• Collaborate with field teams to track onsite progress
Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or M&E

• 3-5 years experience in BIM-related roles

• Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

• Familiarity with COBie data standards and BIM workflows

• Enthusiastic about construction innovation and teamwork
