Civil Engineering Internship

Copcan Civil is seeking a Co-op student for an 8-month internship starting in September 2023. As a vital part of the team, you will manage project activities, assist with estimating, and coordinate with subcontractors and project personnel. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to develop skills in project management, safety protocols, and budget forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe work environment for all

• Assist Estimators in project bid preparations

• Collaborate with senior staff on project improvements

• Track and report project progress periodically

• Manage materials procurement and testing coordination

Requirements:

• 3rd or 4th year Civil Engineering student

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organization

• Proficient in MS Office;
AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
